Dr. Palmer served as the Deputy President of the Jamaica Theological Seminary. He is a Bible Teacher in the Swallowfield Chapel&#8217;s Adult Christian Education (ACE) programme and adjunct lecturer at the Jamaica Theological Seminary. He holds membership in the following professional organizations: Society of Biblical Literature, Society of Caribbean Professors of Religious Studies, Studiorum Novi Testamenti Societas (SNTS), and is the co-author of <em>New Testament Theology: Identity &amp; I-deology.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/biblicalstudies.org.uk\/book_acts-contextual-commentary_palmer.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Delano Vincent Palmer, <em>Acts.
