Today’s free commentary is by the Rev G.H.S. Walpole, Principal of Bede College, Durham on the books of Judges and Ruth. Over the last few years I have been working on the digitisation of a number of commentary series originally written for secondary school students. This commentary is the first of a new set to go online – Rivington’s Handbooks to the Bible and Prayer Book – which is quite rare today.
My thanks to Book Aid for making a copy of this public domain title available for scanning.
